The Washington State Department of Commerce (Commerce) is now seeking approximately 20 interested individuals to participate in updating the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard (ESDS) from v3.0 to v4.0. The goal is to create a team with representatives from public funders, developers, design organizations, property managers, and property residents that will produce a standard that balances sustainability goals with affordability and quality of life for residents.
