Please select which course you would like. The course name is listed, along with the time, dates, and amount. Please note: You will receive a $25 credit for each additional course you take.

Courses are available for 14 years and up.

Course Descriptions:

BEGINNING TAP
This course is an intro to tap basics, focusing on the foundations needed to create healthy tap dancing habits. Over the course of 7 sessions, we will work towards a routine incorporating footwork we've learned. There will be a slight focus on improvisation as well.

INTERMEDIATE TAP
A continuation of intro to tap basics, this starts to get into fancier footwork. We'll explore faster rhythms and longer patterns while still building a healthy foundation of tap vocabulary and habits.

COMBO CLASS
Sharpen up your audition skills and come and dance with no stakes! In this course, you'll learn a new combo each week from a variety of different genres and styles. The course is an intermediate/advanced level combo class, but all are welcome! This class focuses on retention and dancing for the sake of dancing. There's no pressure to perform well, just a chance to connect to your body for storytelling in a safe, supportive environment.

MONOLOGUE GROUP STUDY
In this course, you will have the opportunity to perform your monologues in front of a group to receive feedback in a group-like setting and implement the changes right away. We'll explore how to analyze monologues for clues as well as getting a chance to live within the space, not just with the words. Group participation required.

SCENE STUDY
In this course, you and a partner will be given a scene to discuss. This class is meant to sharpen cold read skills while giving you a chance to learn to play detective in the scenes you're given. You will be performing the scenes with your partners for real-time feedback and corrections.
