No cause of death was provided, only that MF Doom had “transitioned” on October 31. Rolling Stone also reported the death, with Richie Abbott, MF Doom's representative, confirming that the rapper, whose real name was Daniel Dumile, died on Oct. 31, and that his family did not disclose news of his death until Thursday.
