Craftex

The beauty of microcement is that no two spaces have to look alike.

From warm neutrals and subtle textures to deeper tones and a more expressive finish, these before-and-afters explore different ways to give a space a whole new character.

But a beautiful result takes more than a beautiful material. It takes an understanding of color, texture, preparation, and application—and how every detail works together.

At Craftex, that’s where our team’s expertise comes in. We bring material knowledge and an eye for design to help you move beyond choosing a finish to creating a space that feels thoughtfully put together.

Which transformation would inspire your next project?

The best part of design events? The conversations. 💜

A little look back at Fall Design Day 2026 at Seattle Design Center—sharing a closer look at Craftex microcement and the possibilities of seamless surfaces.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and explored ideas with us. From colors and textures to applications for your next project, we loved being part of the conversation.

Different bathrooms. The same “wow” moment.

Outdated tile and tired finishes, reimagined with microcement. These before-and-after transformations show how a continuous finish and natural texture can give familiar spaces a completely different feel.

Each bathroom has its own character—but the goal is the same: a space that feels more cohesive, refined, and inviting.

And a beautiful finish is only part of the story. Proper preparation and waterproofing matter just as much beneath the surface.

Which transformation is your favorite? 👇

The layer you don’t see matters just as much as the one you do.

Before the final color and texture, the microcement base coat helps build a strong, stable, and even foundation for the finishing layers. It’s not the part that gets the attention—but it plays an important role in the result.

And that result is more than a beautiful surface. With proper preparation, application, and sealing, microcement delivers a seamless finish with durability, moisture resistance, and easy everyday maintenance. A thin coating with possibilities across floors, walls, countertops, and furniture.

At Craftex, we care about what goes beneath the finish just as much as what you see on top.

Microcement texture is something you see and feel.

Subtle trowel marks and tonal variations give the surface depth, even when it feels smooth to the touch. As the light changes, different details come into view.

With proper surface preparation, application, and sealing, microcement creates a durable finish that stands up to everyday wear. A surface made to be lived with.

Before choosing your finish, look at a physical sample in your space, in daylight and with the lights on. Touch it, too. Both the look and feel matter.

More than a finish. A defining detail.

Craftex Liquid Metal brings depth, texture, and metallic elegance to architectural surfaces. The interplay of light and reflection reveals its character, making the material itself part of the design.

An expressive surface. A refined statement. A distinctive way to bring your vision to life.

Beauty you can see. Benefits you can live with. ✨

Microcement brings subtle texture, beautiful color choices, and a seamless look to your space—adding character without overwhelming the design.

But its beauty is only the beginning. With proper application and sealing, microcement offers a durable, water-resistant surface that’s easy to clean. Its thin application can also transform suitable existing surfaces, reducing the need for extensive demolition.

A fresh look. A practical finish. A space that feels like you.
