Stage 2 is not an upgrade. That is the part most parents get wrong.

Around 6 months, your baby's natural iron stores start to deplete and their bones are working harder as they become more mobile and start exploring solid foods. Stage 2 has more iron and calcium to support exactly that. It is designed to work alongside that first food journey — not replace the formula entirely.

One thing worth knowing before you order Stage 2: the Dutch version is starch-free and soy-free. The German version contains both. For a lot of parents that makes the Dutch version the clear choice — but it is worth knowing the difference before you click checkout.
