We’re excited to announce our fall and winter beverages this week!
This time around I wanted a cohesive narrative to our menu, something more personal to me than times before— and I decided on recipes which reflect my childhood, my family, and our origins…
First up!
Baecha —
As a child in Korea, during the colder months, I fondly remember being served steamed pears with jujube and honey, as a remedy for coughs and congestion. They were a great comfort to me then and after each bite, I’d feel a little bit better.
We’ve recreated it as a drink this season, out of nostalgia for my childhood, and to add to the menu a traditional healing recipe that feels true to my roots.
We hope you enjoy. 🍂

After 8 years, we’ve redesigned our space. It might sound small, but for us, it feels like a renewal. The way our space holds us—and all of you—matters. We wanted to make a change that invites even more gathering, laughter, and quiet afternoons of tea, shared side by side.
As we relax and reflect in this new space, we’re looking toward something even bigger: the grand opening of our new tea studio. It’s been a dream in the making for years and we’re almost there.
We couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with the amazing teams at and in bringing our vision for both new spaces to life. Their creativity and care helped us bring to form what we think “home” means in a teahouse.
We’re so excited to share more with you soon. For now, we hope this new layout brings you closer to each other, and to the moments that matter.
