didn’t re-record ‘Aealo’ to relive the past — Sakis Tolis did it to sharpen it into a weapon for the present. In this interview, he talks survival, responsibility, aging in extreme metal, and why music isn’t therapy…it’s action. (Link in Bio)

Check out my interview with where she explains that the reunion isn’t driven by nostalgia, but by a need to heal unresolved personal and creative fractures left after the band stepped away in 2019. Vernon reflects on forgiveness, growth, and how her father’s encouragement shortly before his death affirmed the decision to reconnect and move forward together. Reuniting at , SubRosa return sharper, heavier, and more intentionally, focused on meaning, place, and shared purpose rather than spectacle.
