Every week we try to get it right and every week do not. This is just an unfortunate thing that happens when it comes to making sure everything is fresh daily and the long cook times that have to happen. We never know how busy or not busy we will be and we hate it when customers drive a long way and we are out of something they want. If there was a better way to do it we certainly would.
