Queen Esther declared, "If I perish, I perish!" She was willing to lay it all down so as to not give the enemy any victory in her life and in the lives of those she cared for passionately. She understood that her battle was not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12).
