Earlier this week, the Buzz Media team spent time volunteering for the Where Angels Play Foundation, helping to build a playground in honor of Charlie Fernandez, a Saddlewood Elementary school student that passed away from neuroblastoma.
"Charlie's Playground" was designed with all-abilities in mind, allowing for children with disabilities to be able to play, despite any limitations. We think that's pretty cool!

Brown School in Schenectady has introduced Lansky, a therapy dog, to help students throughout the school. A therapy dog is trained to provide comfort and be a calm, friendly presence appropriate for hospitals, nursing homes and, of course ā schools.
Such a great program that helps further each student's social-emotional learning!
