Krystal Klear Clean, LLC

🤍🤍

🥰

This is one of those parts of KKC that means a little extra to me. 🤍

We’re proud to partner with Cleaning for a Reason, which allows us to provide free home cleanings to people going through cancer treatment.

When someone is already dealing with appointments, treatments, family, work, and everything else that comes with it, the last thing they should have to worry about is keeping up with the house.

Through this program, eligible clients can receive two free 3-hour cleanings within 60 days, and I’m really grateful that our team gets to be a small part of making life feel a little lighter during such a hard time.

For us, cleaning has always been about more than just making a home look nice. Sometimes it’s about giving someone a little bit of relief, comfort, and one less thing to carry. 🤍🌿

Not to be dramatic… but these before + afters deserve their own moment. 😂✨

The buildup.
The grime.
The transformation.
The SATISFACTION. 🧽🫧

Swipe through and tell us which one made you go, “OH WOW.” 👀👇

We love taking a space that needs some serious attention and bringing it back to fresh, clean, and actually enjoyable again.

Basically… this is our version of a glow-up. 🤍🌿

Happy Wednesday! Let’s settle this debate 😂👇

What’s the ONE room in your house that gets messy again in just a few minutes after you clean it?

🍽️ Kitchen
🛋️ Living room
🛁 Bathroom
🧸 Kids’ room
🧺 Laundry room

For me… some rooms just refuse to stay clean. 😂

Happy Monday 🤍

Starting off another busy week at KKC and feeling extra thankful for the homes, businesses, and clients that keep us moving.

There’s just something about a fresh clean space that makes the whole week feel a little better ✨

Hope everyone has a good Monday!

🌙🧽 WE’RE HIRING . . . . NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR! 🧹✨

Krystal Klear Clean is growing, and I’m looking for a dependable, motivated Night Shift Supervisor to help lead our evening commercial cleaning team! 🖤

This is a hands-on cleaning position with leadership responsibilities. This person will be actively cleaning alongside the team throughout the shift while also checking work, keeping everyone on task, and making sure each building is completed to KKC standards. 🧼✨

💰 Pay: $23–$26/hour based on experience
Qualified candidates with relevant experience can expect to start around $24/hour, with a performance and pay review after 6 months.

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday
🕠 Start Time: Around 5:30 PM
⏰ Shifts will typically run 6–8 hours, depending on the evening’s schedule and workload.

🧹 Responsibilities will include:
• Cleaning alongside the team throughout the shift
• Checking completed work and completing quality checks ✨
• Leading and supporting the evening cleaning team
• Keeping the team moving efficiently and on schedule
• Making sure each building is completed thoroughly and correctly
• Communicating client, staffing, or building concerns back to the office
• Helping train and coach employees to meet KKC standards 🧽🪣
• Stepping in wherever needed to keep the night running smoothly

This is not a sit-back supervisory position — most of the shift will be spent actively cleaning and checking over work with the team.

✨ Experience with commercial floor care or buffing equipment is a big plus!

I’m looking for someone who is reliable, confident, organized, hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to lead by example.

📍 Schenectady / Capital Region
🚗 Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Interested? Send me a message or email your resume to [email protected] 📩🧹

POV: KKC was here. 🖤🧽

It's the little finishing touches for us. ✨

Nothing fancy. Just that really, REALLY good feeling of walking back into a freshly cleaned home. 🤍

Sometimes you don’t realize just how much of a difference a good clean makes until you see the before & after. 👀✨

A little KKC magic at work. 🧽🫧

Okay parents… we’re officially back into school/sports season. 😂📚🏈

Which area of your house has taken the biggest hit so far?

👟 The entryway
🍽️ The kitchen
🧺 The laundry
🛋️ Honestly… all of it 😂

Tell me I’m not alone. 👇

✨ Three little letters. A whole lot of clean. 🖤

KKC is more than clean kitchens, sparkling bathrooms, and freshly reset living spaces.

It’s coming home and feeling like one more thing has been taken off your plate. 🧽🤍

It’s more time for your family, your plans, your LIFE — and less time worrying about the house.

That’s what we’re here for. ✨
