As sweet as cookies! šŸŖ Pepperidge wants to introduce herself!

I’m a sweet little mama who has been learning to trust people again. When I first arrived at my foster home, I was very scared. I spent my days pacing and couldn’t relax enough to lie down. But with time, patience, and love, I’ve finally started to feel safe. Now you can find me cuddled up on the couch, soaking up affection from my foster family. I absolutely LOVE having my head rubbed, and I’ll even insist that you keep going if you stop too soon! I also do the cutest little pitter-patter with my tiny paws whenever treats are involved—and I’m always happy to accept as many as you’re willing to share!

I’m crate trained and only have small accidents when I’m feeling frightened or stressed. One of my favorite things is having a backyard to enjoy. I used to pace around the fence line, but I’ve learned that it’s much better to stretch out in the sunshine and recharge. I get along well with my foster dog sibling. As for cats, I’m not sure how I feel about them yet since I haven’t met one. What I’m really looking for is a family with lots of love, patience, and kindness—a place where I can continue to feel safe and secure. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion, I just might be your girl. https://coastalpetrescue.org/adopt/adopt-a-dog

Friends we need your help! We need fosters for six Dachshund mix dogs taken from a neglect situation. We have three adults and three puppies estimated to be 6-8 weeks old. We need commitments tonight so we can rescue them tomorrow morning. Complete our foster application ( https://bit.ly/cprdogfoster ) if you are available to open your home. Coastal Pet Rescue will provide all supplies and veterinary care.

Fosters need to be in Effingham, Chatham, or Bryan counties due to proximity to our vet and for home inspections as required by Georgia Department of Agriculture. (We are not taking adoption applications for this group yet. When available, they will be posted at coastalpetrescue.org/adopt )

We cannot tell you if any of these pets are housebroken - they are from a neglect situation and have been with multiple dogs. That is all the information we have at this time.

Can't foster? Help us out with a $5 donation towards their care. Donations can be made through this page, venmo CoastalPetRescue , paypal [email protected] , or cashapp $coastalpetrescue . Checks may be mailed to us at 7430 Thomas Ave, Savannah, GA 31406.

Are you dreaming of a dog that’s big and strong, but also a complete goofball and a Mama’s boy? Then Ace is the one for you. He loves to go on walks, but also loves to just sun bathe. He gets along well with other dogs and cats but would also be happy solo.

He is crate trained. He is housebroken. He would love to lay at your feet with a good rawhide all day long.

Come meet Ace and see why he’s #1!!!

If you like them chunky, Cupid is your man! šŸ’– Cupid, and his sibling Heart lost their mother when only a week old. Cupid came in to rescue and was lovingly bottle fed by his volunteer foster until he were old enough to eat on his own.

Cupid was adopted as a puppy and now has been returned due to a family move. In the past year, Cupid has grown into a big boy! Would do best in a house without other male dogs. Adopt from Coastal Pet Rescue! https://coastalpetrescue.org/adopt/adopt-a-dog

🐰 Did someone order a bunny disguised as a puppy?

Sausalito (aka Lito in his foster home), is your typical puppy! That is if typical puppies like to bunny hop and cry for you when he sees you but run in his room like ā€œhide and seekā€ when you go to get him. He gets along great with his older and bigger foster brother especially when brother gets down and plays low.

Lito has been free around 3 cats and doesn’t pay them any mind. He enjoys being carried around in a sling and when he does settle down, snuggles like a champ! He’s a sweet boy and would love to have another dog to play with! He also has done great with the fosters kids as they have been puppy trained and know how to be gentle but loving.

Adopted!

Small dog, big personality! ✨ Robin is a happy, excited girl, weighing in at just 9 lbs. She loves to run zoomies in the fenced yard. She does well on walks but prefers the freedom of the back yard. Robin is mostly house trained. She sleeps in her crate at night and calms down very quickly.

Like many Pomeranians, Robin loves to share her opinions with the world, yes, she’s a barker! We’re working on it, but it’s part of her charming Pom nature. 🐶

Full of personality and a little sass, Marie is looking for a patient adopter who will appreciate her unique charm and give her the loving home she deserves. ā¤ļø

Thank you to James Coburn for an incredible 24 hour fundraiser! In celebration of milkshake, his community raised over $10,000!

It takes a village to give animals a second chance, and we are so grateful for all of the support! Together we can make a difference!
