Secure attachments will enable your child to have trust in their surroundings, and explore their world with confidence. Continuity of care during the first three years is so important as babies learn and grow in the context of relationships. Their first attachments with parents begin the process of learning about the world and creating a secure base. When babies enter child care, the circle of care is expanded to include partnership with their childcare provider. In order to provide personalized and sensitive care, I will do my best to get to know your child and family well. Secure attachments enable children to have trust in their surroundings, explore their world with confidence and develop a positive sense of self. I will create a special bond with your child and will be responsible for all their needs, and for monitoring and supporting your child’s development, and keep open communications with my families. I will learn your child's style, cues and rhythms, so they have a secure base from which to develop. Maintaining these caregiving relationships over several years provides stability and consistency for the child and the family.
