Start your Friday morning with sun salutations, or Surya Namaskar, a sequence of yoga poses that link breath with movement, traditionally practiced to honor and wake with the sun and warm up the body and spirit. This class is rigorous & rejuvenating. Each class ends with soothing sound bath.

As part of our 4 year anniversary celebration, Marco will be leading a bootcamp workout in our newly paved parking lot this Saturday at 8am. Come get you sweat on before the party begins. We hope to fill the lot up as much as possible. Entry is free all day Saturday so bring a friend to join you as well!

On July 8th you can get a hands-on routesetting experience with head routesetter Olivia! This workshop will focus on what the process looks like from planning, design and technical ex*****on. 🔩 🪜

Each participant will get the opportunity to set their very own V1! In the week after, members will have a chance to vote on their favorite, which will stay up until the route is reset. Participants must be comfortable working on a ladder.
