📣📣CALL TO ARTISTS: The Sonoma County Library invites qualified artists or artist teams to design and create a site-specific mosaic sculpture or structure for the new Roseland Regional Library, located in the new Hearn Community Hub at the intersection of Hearn and Dutton avenues in Santa Rosa.

This project has a budget of $150,000.

Deadline to apply is June 19, 2026.

We are now accepting applications for the Community Promotions Event Support Program. This program supports nonprofit, community based events that are free and open to the public and help strengthen neighborhood connections, celebrate local culture, or provide a community service.

If you’re planning a festival, cultural celebration, athletic event, or community gathering taking place between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027, we encourage you to apply. Staff are here to help guide you through the process and support safe, successful, and memorable events.
