Reese Perry and her mare “Teqita Belle” aka Bella have really been stepping their game up lately. Yesterday they ran an 18.3 and today they ran an 18.0. Inching closer to that 17 second mark! They were 9th in the 2D today and 11th in the 2D average at a very salty race!

“TM Firewater Moon” aka Apollo has been putting in work with the c**t starter recently! Apollo is by Caliente Firewater and out of “Starbucks Moon Music” (PBS Starbuck x Musics Mach Holiday). This c**t is owned by Hannah Ross Wilson
Jillian Druzgala and her pony “Little Lectromotion” aka Lux ran their first plus time in birangle today. They were almost fast enough to have run a horse plus time as well! Nice run Jill! Lux is by Lectromotion out of “Little Lakota”.
“Hay Drop Of Frosty” aka Ty is starting to find his groove again. They closed out 3 events at Northern this weekend leaving them down to 10 times needed to make their Hall Of Fame. Considering they lost a big chunk of the season to rehabbing an injury that’s not bad. The season is drawing to a close, but there is still time left. Ty is by “MP Haypatch Tiger” (PC Frenchmans Hayday x Rose Patch) and out of “JW Drop Of Luck” (Trapper Bar Drop x Baldy Sox Jaye)

Today’s second clinic in the Farrier Services clinic with Nicole Leonard from NL Farrier Services was a great success! We had several attendees that got to have some hands on experience in shoeing. Stay tuned for the announcement for the next clinic in the series.

Running for Hall Of Fame is not easy and there’s tons of ups and downs. Some weekends everything clicks and knocking times out is easy, some weekends nothing clicks and you walk away with zero times. This last weekend was somewhere in the middle. Ty was working well on Saturday but we just weren’t clocking, and Sunday nothing seemed to work. It’s just one of those things where you just have to keep putting the work in and showing up and believe that it will happen one day. This post is to encourage all of you that have that dream that feels unreachable to keep putting in the work and showing up.

“FameInTheHaypatch” aka Dolly was so good this weekend and got to take her first trip into the arena for a time only. She really held everything together and was such a good girl. She’s definitely a stunning show stopper and we got tons of compliments on how pretty she is. Dolly is our 2027 futurity hopeful by “KS Cash N Fame” (Dash Ta Fame x Easy Charette) and out of “Hay Hi Hopes To Fame” (MP Haypatch Tiger x Hi Hopes For Fame). We really like to take our time prepping our futurity horses and let them dictate their training schedule. We like them to be really broke before we put them on the pattern and this mare has made a ton of progress in the last few months.
“Hay Drop Of Frosty” aka Ty has unfortunately been out rehabbing from an injury over the last 6 weeks or so, but the good news is that he’s perfectly healthy and we are bringing him back to competition condition. He got to run a few events this weekend and he managed to bring home two more times towards hall of fame including closing out Big T with this 14.1 today. Ty is by “MP Haypatch Tiger” (PC Frenchmans Hayday x Rose Patch) and is out of “JW Drop Of Luck” (Trapper Bar Drop x Baldy Sox Jaye)
