It’s becoming increasingly rare to find Sea Ranch homes in original condition, being sold by the original owner, but Unit #2 in Condominium One by MLTW ticks off all the boxes, including the original twin beds and bedspreads. We’re slack jaw at the beauty of this place, truly the best unit we’ve seen.

It clearly needs to be gently coaxed into the 20th century, and the Framestudio knows exactly how. Just promise to negotiate the cake carrier and twin bedspreads into your offer.
