Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 North Coast Builders Exchange Golf Tournament at Windsor Golf Club. Whether you participated as a golfer, sponsor, volunteer, donor, or supporter, your generosity and enthusiasm helped make this year's event one of our most successful yet. Together, we raised nearly $40,000 to support NCBE's Workforce Development programs, providing students and aspiring trades professionals with hands-on training, industry certifications, career exploration opportunities, and direct connections to employment in the construction industry.

What a blast NCBE had sponsoring the Ag Mechanics Auction at the Sonoma County Fair & Event Center! 🎡🔨

The talent on display was incredible, with students showcasing amazing welded and handcrafted projects up for auction. We were thrilled to bring home a beautiful wooden bench swing created by a student in Elsie Allen's FFA Program.

Beyond the auction, we spent a wonderful afternoon with our members exploring the livestock exhibits, strolling through the Hall of Flowers, and enjoying everything the fair has to offer. We're proud to support our talented local youth. 🌻🐄💙

Congratulations, Johnnie! From graduating North Bay Construction Corps to earning an NCBE Scholarship and working full-time in construction this summer, you've accomplished so much in a short time.

Congratulations 2026 PVHS Graduate Johnnie Phillips who recently graduated from the North Bay Construction Corps. Johnnie has been working full-time this summer as an intern at Granite construction.

Happy Back to School Season! 🦺✏️🎒 Hands-on Construction classes begin next week at Mendocino College, and there's still time to enroll in Electrical, HVAC, and Construction Management courses.
