Is your school offering a complete education?
In California, arts education is required. And yet, many schools still struggle to provide consistent access to music, dance, theater, and visual arts. When creativity is missing from the school day, students miss opportunities to develop skills that support learning, expression, and connection.
Communities play a real role in closing that gap. Use the Create CA tool to contact your school board and help make arts education a reality for every student.

If we want to solve the tough problems we face, we need leaders who can imagine something better—and then create it.
Arts education helps students develop the skills that make that possible: creative thinking, collaboration, empathy, and the courage to envision new solutions. These are the foundations of leadership in a changing world.
We’re partnering with and on Spark Creativity for Brighter Futures to champion creativity as an essential part of education.
Educators: register to receive a free Spark Creativity kit (T-shirt, poster, and participation guide), while supplies last.

Spark Creativity for Brighter Futures is a year-long campaign with Peanuts celebrating creative expression wherever it happens—classrooms, homes, and communities.
