Finding ways to solve problems is not always easy when marketers are so loud and convincing. We keep trying though as this is really important.
If you love vinyl, be careful who you let set up your player. Anyone can do the basics, but most don’t understand the foundation or principles involved. The difference between spherical and line contact, how VTA, azimuth, loading, mass and anti-skating all play different parts of the story. If they simply trust the numbers on the dials, that’s a pretty big clue. Anti-skating. For example, is dynamic, and the numbers on the dials vary widely from table to table, even the “exact same model.” 50 years of setting up virtually every kind of turntable gives Lavish a pretty notable advantage that anyone can hear.

We’re proud to share that the MSA5500 has been recognized with a Diapason d’Or Hi‑Fi Award — an honor that reflects its exceptional performance and craftsmanship. “…what you hear is incredibly convincing, almost as if everything flows seamlessly. Here, there's no affectation, no unnecessary complexity; the music fills the entire space and comes to life instantly.”

The thing that struck me most about walking around the Fyne Audio factory was care. All of these folks truly care about getting the details right. The soft spoken Dr. Mills takes a measured approach to solving the fundamentals of loudspeaker design with an unpretentious grasp of theory, materials science and proven techniques. Everyone there, has a innate sense of purpose and a desire to do something really special. People and products to celebrate.

Rega Research Ltd UK UK music playback sensibility has been a model for inspiration over the decades. Since the days of Peter Walker’s Quad Electroacoustics whose contributions in many ways have been unmatched to this day leading up to innovation in vinyl and digital players which are the envy of the world, UK brands and products are at the core of Lavish music sensibility. Passing this HiFi shop window in York and seeing a Planar 3 and Planar 6 in the window is a refreshing reminder of the importance of music in the home.
