What a January to remember! 🌟
Every Saturday, we kicked off the new year with our Elevated Wellness Clinics at .point.fitness – a powerhouse collab with the incredible spilling all the nutritional wisdom, while my hubby and I shared how to design and program function workouts that WORK💪🥗
On the grand finale, we fused it all: workouts, nutrition know-how, and built our own fresh Mediterranean bowls. Plus, a special shoutout to Melissa from for bringing her PEMF magic to the mix! ⚡
Packed with tips to weave into daily life, new connections, and so much fun – we’re already counting down to next year!
