Big month here in the Commitment Club!
-14 people hit 24 months of perfect attendance.
-Kyle Ferchland hit 12 consecutive months of commitment club.
-52 people had perfect attendance in Q3.
You guys are crushing it. Keep up the hard work!
Hear Coach Ally talk about the rough transition from college athletics into “real” life and her journey to a new level of strength and conditioning.
We are so lucky and humbled to have such a high level coach on our training staff. Ally is incredibly positive, hard working and consistent even through massive challenges and hurdles.

Robbe (Rmac Alexander ) just ascended 22,841 vertical feet in three days (taking a gondola to the bottom of the mountain after each climb) at the 29029 challenge in Sun Valley. Congrats Robbe…you make it REALLY hard for the rest of us to make excuses about things being “too hard”.

Thank you for starting your Labor Day with us!
CrossFit NorthGate opened the doors for the first time exactly 13 years ago. Whether you’ve been training with us since the beginning or are new to the gym - THANK YOU. You guys ARE CrossFit NorthGate. There’s rarely a day that goes by that I’m not deeply grateful for this place and getting to do what I do. Without you, this wouldn’t exist.
Here’s to another year of getting stronger, pushing and supporting each other, and friendship!
