Santa Rosa Metro Chamber

💼 This Women’s Small Business Month, we’re celebrating the women who lead, own, manage, and grow businesses across Santa Rosa and Sonoma County.

You can see their work across local shops, offices, restaurants, nonprofits, professional services, and community spaces. They bring ideas to life, support local jobs, and contribute to our business community every day.

🏢 Sonoma County employers are putting people first!

The Santa Rosa Metro Chamber’s Work Life Initiative Awards recognize organizations that support employees through practices such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, child care support, employee wellness, and work-life balance.

Employers of all sizes can complete the Work Life assessment, receive benchmarking insights and resources, and earn recognition based on their results.
