Sacred Pastures Farm

We breed for vigorous health, grass-fed metabolism, natural instincts, conformity to breed, and milk production. We are a diverse farm with the goal of feeding people the highest quality food, aiming for excellence in flavor and nutrition. Our farming techniques go way beyond "organic" by stepping out of the way to allow Nature to do her job of sustaining plants and animals. We are passionate about educating consumers about the nutrition and spiritual benefits of foods produced using the method described by Masanobu Fukuoka: no tillage, no weeding, no fertilizing, and no biocides. Our soil quality nonetheless improves every year due to our constant use of legumes (nitrogen-fixing trees, bushes, and annuals) and mulches (straw, wood chips, live weeds).
