Our team worked very hard to create suitable environments for the children, featuring natural elements and calming tones, as well as a wealth of opportunities that will allow us to observe the children's interests.

Felicitamos a los padres/madres/guardianes por ser congruentes con las pautas y guías que se les dió, las cuales facilitaron la integración de sus niños mucho más fácil y en menos tiempo.
Nuestro equipo trabajó muy duro para crear los ambientes apropiados para los niños, con objetos y tonos naturales, calmados y ricos en oportunidades que nos van a permitir observar los intereses de nuestros niños.

Es normalísimo tirar de estas frases, que también nos decían a nosotros de pequeños. Criar es un reto diario y lo hacemos lo mejor que sabemos, y con la mejor intención. ❤️ Pero cuando paramos a analizar cómo funciona su cerebro, nos damos cuenta de que cambiando un par de palabras, el mensaje les llega más limpio y con menos tensión.💗🫂 Ojo, que límites hay que poner siempre y esto no es magia: habrá días que no nos escuchen hagamos lo que hagamos, aun están aprendiendo. Pero si adaptamos el mensaje a cómo procesan la información, les hacemos el camino más fácil y aumentamos las posibilidades de que colaboren. #CrianzaRespetuosa #PsicologiaInfantil #hijos #Educacion

Most of us hear the word “consequence” and immediately think of punishment. But that’s not what a consequence actually is. A consequence is simply what happens after a behavior. Yes, there are times when losing a privilege makes sense. But if that’s the only consequence your child experiences, you’re missing one of the most powerful ways to shape behavior. Ask yourself: 👉 What happens after they share without being asked? 👉 What happens after they handle disappointment well? 👉 What happens after they clean up the first time you ask? 👉 What happens after they speak respectfully? The behaviors that receive attention, connection, responsibility, trust, and opportunities tend to grow. Don’t just create consequences for the behaviors you want to stop. Create meaningful consequences for the behaviors you want to see more of.
