Graton Fire hosted its annual pancake breakfast today! REDCOM came to teach kids about calling 911 and inspire them with fun prizes!

This weekend was pure gold for REDCOM Dispatch, thanks to two fantastic events. We rolled out the mobile command unit for the Wine Country Century Bike event on Saturday. Sunday was all about family and fun at the 65th annual Sonoma County 4-H Chicken Que.

Our 2025 top-performing EMD and EFD call takers attended the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch's Navigator Conference, where they gained valuable insights into cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to maintain their high level of excellence.

Sonoma Valley Fire District treated our team to a fiesta for Dispatcher appreciation week with chips, spicy guacamole, and chimichangas that were out of this world.
