Journeyman Carpenter (Sonoma county)

General Contractor is seeking a Journeyman Level Carpenter to work on a wide variety of residential building projects including new construction framing, additions, bathroom and kitchen remodels, window and door installations. Work in Sonoma County.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have your own truck and tools.
• continuous experience preferred in residential remodeling and/or new construction.
• Ability to perform all phases of rough carpentry, including the ability to read plans, perform layout tasks, frame walls, cut roofs and stairs, and install windows and exterior siding.
• You must have expertise with finish carpentry tasks, including door hanging, cabinet installation, and installation of crown moulding, baseboard and door casings.
• Ability to make a variety of building repairs to framing, siding, drywall, decks, and doors.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• You must have a reliable and verifiable work history in the building trades.
• You must be detail oriented and able to complete assigned tasks at a very high level. You must have the ability to think creatively and have excellent problem solving skills. You must have the ability to communicate well with the business owner and customers. Be able to legally work in the United States, no smoking, no drugs

House on the hill is wrapping up after custom cabinets and glass work is getting finishing up.

Floor tiles up stairs. 3/4” thick white glass.

First few steps of the floating Stairway. This is one of the coolest stairs ways I’ve seen. I’m told this is the first time this has been done.

Windows finally in 5 months later after we Completing the walls. WOW ! Did they come out good. Notice the 24’ sliding glass door off the living room. It’s really starting to take shape.

Even the roof crickets are a work of art out here on the Sonoma project! We got it all ready for the roofers.
