I find beauty in imperfection. On my recent visit to the stunning Portland Japanese Garden, I was drawn to the Naoko Fukumaru’s Kintsugi exhibit. This art form of mending brings attention to each piece’s cracks, wear, and history to honor the repair and embrace the beauty of what’s been broken and restored. Each moment, like each piece, tells its own story.

My journey with Women’s Leadership Connection was more than just a rebranding and website build; it was about crafting a narrative that resonates with the essence of women’s leadership. commitment to fostering leadership qualities in women and creating platforms for their voices to be heard inspired me deeply. These are photographs I took while attending a leadership speed dating event. I aim to mirror this inspiration through design that speaks volumes of empowerment, resilience, and the spirit of leading change.
