Concrete footings are poured and we are finishing up some grading so we can do our second pour!
We got a lot going on, with the garage taking shape, the engineers have us building this massive footing for a carport-…. Yes a carport with not 6x6 steel post.

It’s always fun, tear down and rebuild - a new shop. And let me tell you….. everything is always over engineered now a days.

Going to attempt to give this a new look. How you ask? Let me say, by removing the closet and give the same space a sitting area with an open concept.
