40,000 subscribers in seven months. 🎙️

When I started this channel I figured I’d find a small niche audience — maybe a few people who understood what I was trying to do. I never expected so many of you to relate so deeply to what I was sharing. And I definitely never expected you to sign up for the course, the community, and private coaching in the numbers that you have.

My whole life has changed. In the best way possible.

I spent 23 years teaching piano and I loved every moment of it. But now I get to spend 100% of my time doing this — teaching voice to grown-ups whose voices were silenced, who are doing everything in their power to reclaim them.

That is not a small thing. That is everything.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for trusting me with something this personal. I couldn’t be more proud of the work we’re doing together. 🖤

Breaking news from inside the instrument. đź“°

THE VOICE CORRESPONDENT starts Monday — and it might be the most fun week we’ve ever had in the community.

Seven days. Seven news desks. Seven technique lessons disguised as journalism.

The Weather Desk files a vocal forecast. The Crime Desk hunts a serial vocal criminal called THE SILENCER. The Satire Desk reports on a singer who was told to “just relax” and somehow became more tense.

And every single day — you read the report out loud. Like a broadcaster. Because crisp consonants, supported breath, and committed delivery aren’t just journalism skills.

They’re voice skills.

First broadcast Monday. Link in bio. đź“°

Anger is shame’s bodyguard.
I heard this phrase recently and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it.

This week I put out a video on shame and the hips — the psoas muscle, the root chakra, why this part of the body holds what it holds. It reached 54,000 views in 24 hours. Which told me everything I needed to know about how many people are carrying this and have never had language for it.

And then the trolls showed up.

Not the perverts who showed up on the throat release videos. Something different. Rage. Profanity. The specific flavor of anger that belongs to someone whose shame just got poked — and who has nowhere to put it but outward.

It became the most fascinating psychology study I’ve accidentally conducted.

New podcast episode is about all of it. Shadow work. Why the people who need this work most are the least likely to do it. And why you don’t sacrifice what’s helping hundreds of people to relieve the discomfort of the few who are threatened by it.

The Healthy Voice community is changing lives. Every day, someone tells me how much the content, the live sessions, and the feedback and support from others has transformed their voice in a short time.

The personal transformation and healing that comes from voice work is unique and powerful and can only be understood through experience.

After living with PTSD symptoms for many years, I finally realized I had the answers within me all along. My classical voice training merged forces with massage therapy, sound healing , and journaling and now I share these tools with others.

If this speaks to you, check out the links in my bio.

Someone in my community asked me to share specific examples of how sabotage has shown up in my own life. So here’s the truth.

Yoga is a big part of my healing. But I go in and out of practicing regularly. And here’s what happens almost every time:

I go back to class after weeks away. First day back, I pull a muscle. Now I can’t go the next day. Or the day after. The more time passes, the more momentum I lose. And the pattern wins again.

Sound familiar?

Here’s another one. There were moments I decided to take my vocal practice seriously. Every single day. No excuses.

Day one? Amazing. I felt so good about my voice. The results were instant.

Day two? I didn’t sleep well. Maybe had some wine the night before. A little dehydrated. The practice didn’t feel as good. And suddenly I became painfully aware that my breath support wasn’t what it used to be.

Cue the self-doubt. The frustration. The quiet thought: maybe I should just quit.

This is what I mean when I talk about sabotage. It’s subtle. It disguises itself as bad timing, bad luck, a “sign” that maybe this isn’t for you.

But it’s not a sign. It’s resistance. And resistance shows up hardest right when you’re about to change.

The path isn’t supposed to feel good every day. Some days you pull a muscle. Some days your voice feels weak. Some days you want to quit.

The ones who heal are the ones who keep going anyway.

So I’m curious — when was there a time you decided to change something, take something seriously, become disciplined about your art... and then something happened that made you want to quit?

Tell me in the comments. đź’™

The artist’s path is not a degree. It’s not a certification. There’s no deadline for mastery.

I see so many people come to this work frustrated. Perfectionists. Over-thinkers. People who want to get it all done quickly.

But here’s the truth: This is a lifelong pursuit. And that’s not a problem — that’s the point.

If you could master your art in a few months, would you even want that? Or would you just get bored and move on?

The creative path isn’t meant to be conquered. It’s meant to be walked. Day after day. Year after year.

There will be seasons where it flows. Ideas come fast. Your voice feels free.

And there will be seasons where it’s a struggle. Nothing works the way you want it to.

Both are part of the path. Both are supposed to happen.

The artist’s path is like the path of the yogi or the martial artist. There is no end. The end of your life is the end. Everything before that is practice.

So if you’re frustrated right now — if you feel like you should be further along — take a breath.

You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re just on the path.

If I had to choose one label for myself, I would say: I’m an artist. Not because I’ve mastered anything. But because I’ve committed to the journey. For life.

That’s what I’m inviting you into. Not perfection. A path.

Are you with me? đź’™

Journaling unsilenced me.

For years I couldn’t find the words for what I was feeling. The trauma was too big. The shame was too loud. I’d sit down to write and nothing would come — or everything would come and none of it made sense.

Then I discovered the archetypes.

Not based on whether astrology is “real” or not. But because the patterns are. The Wounded Healer. The Lover. The Warrior. The one who wants to be seen but is terrified to be seen.

When I started journaling through these archetypes, something shifted. The right questions unlocked the words I’d been holding for years.

Carl Jung knew this. Ancient cultures knew this. And now I’ve put it all together for you.
UNSILENCED is a 52-week guided journaling ebook for 2026.

Each week includes:
✨ A celestial snapshot — what’s happening in the sky
🎯 A weekly theme — the archetypal energy to explore
🗣️ An affirmation — words to anchor you
✍️ A journal prompt — the question that unlocks the writing
🎤 A voice invitation — a way to speak what you’ve written

You don’t have to believe in astrology. You just have to be willing to write.

The archetypes will do the rest.

$22. Less than 50 cents a week for a year of finding your voice on the page.
