Last week we celebrated the Ribbon Cutting of Bowman Place in Healdsburg! 🎉

This new 53-unit affordable housing community, developed by Burbank Housing in partnership with City of Healdsburg, brings much-needed housing to the area—complete with a playground, community room, in-unit laundry, solar power, and EV charging.

Thank you to all of our partners who were instrumental bringing this project to fruition: Midstate Construction, Van Meter Williams Pollack LLP, Carlile Macy & Poppy Bank. Named in honor of longtime Burbank Housing board member Bill Bowman, Bowman Place reflects a shared commitment to keeping Healdsburg welcoming and accessible for all.
