Last week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of The Terraces at Copeland Creek, a new permanent supportive housing community that will provide 70 homes and critical supportive services for seniors in Rohnert Park.

The revitalization of Golden Gate Village is officially underway. Following financial close and HUD approval, Phase 1 renovations will begin on the first 88 homes, bringing new kitchens and bathrooms, upgraded electrical systems, improved heating and ventilation, enhanced fire safety, and other critical improvements.

This investment will preserve Golden Gate Village's history while ensuring safe, modern, affordable homes for generations to come. Residents will retain their right to return after temporary relocation during construction.

Last week, we gathered for our annual Summer Company Picnic! This year the theme was World Cup and it was a huge hit! This event is a tradition dedicated to celebrating the incredible employees who make our company successful and the families who support them every step of the way.

It was a wonderful day filled with great food, fun activities, laughter, and opportunities to connect outside of the workplace.
