The Santa Rosa Wednesday Night Market is looking to hire a reliable cleaning crew company to help keep our beautiful downtown event clean, safe, and welcoming each week!

Job Duties Include:
• Removing garbage & debris after the event
• Power washing Courthouse Square and surrounding areas
• Weekly Wednesday night cleanup through August 12
• Shift runs approximately 9:30 PM – Midnight (or until the job is done)

We are currently accepting bids and/or hourly rate proposals from experienced cleaning crews with a team available for weekly service.

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team member to help manage our VIP & beverage area this summer.

🍹 Bartender experience is REQUIRED
📍 Position Includes:
• Batch margarita preparation
• Setting up jockey beer box
• Assisting with VIP area setup & management
• Keeping beverage stations clean, stocked & organized
• Maintaining trash & cleanliness throughout the event
• End-of-night breakdown, organizing & storing items for the following week

📅 Starts: Wednesday, May 20, 2026
⏰ Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:30/11:00 PM
💲 Pay: $25/hour
(Requires a 2-hour non paid break)

The Santa Rosa Wednesday Night Market is now accepting Request for Proposals (RFPs) for our 2026 season sound and stage production company!

As we celebrate our 37th year in Downtown Santa Rosa, we’re preparing for another unforgettable summer of live music, community connection, and vibrant energy. We’re seeking an experienced, professional sound and stage partner to help bring our weekly concerts to life.

📅 Season Dates: May 13 – August 12, 2026
⏰ Wednesdays | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (setup 11am - 10pm)
📍 Downtown Santa Rosa
🎶 Weekly live concerts + community programming
👥 Estimated attendance: 5,000-8,000 guests per week

We’re looking for a company that can provide:
• Professional concert-quality sound
• Stage setup & breakdown
• Experienced on-site audio technicians
• Reliable equipment & power coordination
• Commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellence
