Sunshine Starter keeps me busy, my therapy when missing Amanda gets too hard to handle. Today was Gouda and Bacon. Cheddar and Jalapeños, lemon/blueberry muffins and chocolate espresso bread.

We are happy so many people are getting SUNSHINE Starter and joining us as we continue Amanda’s passion for Sourdough!so many options for using sourdough starters. The choices are unlimited. If interested in continuing this legacy send me a message! Locally I have live SUNSHINE Starter, out of the area I have dehydrated. This Amanda’s Original Starter and is delicious.

Todays experiment. Dinner rolls are soft and really good. I think I need practice shaping pretzels but taste good. I sprinkled with crushed sea salt with a little black lava added, everything bagel and cheesy sprinkle, leaving a couple plain.

I have been baking so many awesome SUNSHINE Sourdough recipes I don’t have room for dinner. Amanda Trew, created a perfect Starter. I only wish you were here to create with me. I miss you so very much

Seems a new experience daily. The sourdough carrot cake extremely tasty and moist! Orange cran, and pineapple macadamia , along with English muffins was this weeks experiment. All very good. Pretty sure Amanda Trew would be proud
