WPFF ➡️ Live Sift ➡️ Hydrocarbon

This is where things start getting interesting.

Using the XLS Pro and liquid nitrogen, we’re able to perform biomass reduction on whole plant fresh frozen (WPFF), converting hundreds of pounds of biomass into concentrated live sift before it ever reaches the extraction column.

Instead of packing columns with fresh frozen flower, we’re packing them with live sift.

The result?

Twice as fast. Half the gas. More control. ❄️

By removing the bulk biomass upstream, we’re dramatically increasing throughput while reducing solvent consumption, labor, handling, and processing time. We’re routinely seeing 85%+ efficiency gains across the workflow utilizing our Sift-to-Hydrocarbon methodology.

Same destination. Better route.

150 pounds of WPFF becomes approximately 36 pounds of live sift. That sift can then be loaded directly into hydrocarbon columns, allowing operators to process significantly more biomass per shift without sacrificing quality or yield.

This isn’t just a new machine.

One of the ways we further refine live sift is what we call Sticks & Marbles.

Let’s say we’ve already collected a 150µm fraction. We can reload that sift back into The Original Resinator and run it through a smaller screen, such as a 50µm. By utilizing a cryogenic freezing agent, we’re able to further separate stalks, tails, and contaminates from the resin heads without the need for water, static, or vibratory separators.

This is how we fraction and refine live sift after it has been stabilized.

The cryogenic environment keeps the sift free flowing and prevents it from greasing up, coagulating, or naturally forming temple balls during processing. Of course, if temple balls are your goal, simply skip the cryo and head in that direction instead. 😎
