We only use freshly milled organic flours, gray sea salt rich in flavor and minerals, water with the perfect balance of temperature and purity (free of chlorine and unwanted minerals), and 20+ year levain. 💔 The Goguette Family is heartbroken by the passing of Giampaolo from Riviera Ristorante.
From the very beginning of our journey over 10 years ago, he welcomed us with kindness, warmth, and generosity. His gentle spirit and genuine care for others left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Some people come into your life and become so much more than friends—they become family.
Tonight, and for many nights to come, we will raise a glass in his honor and celebrate the beautiful legacy he leaves behind.
May his memory be a blessing. ❤️
