Of course, in France, dinner tends to arrive quite late 😝… which sometimes means that Apéro quietly becomes a repas léger of its own!

But that’s part of the charm.

Apéro is the moment when the day begins to soften and the soirée begins. A little pause between what was and what comes next. A time to put away the day, gather around a table, and simply enjoy being together.

A little convivialité.
A few light bites. Something sweet. Perhaps ice cream.
A glass of w**e or something bubbly.
And, naturally, good conversation.

At Goguette, we’re creating Apéro in our own way—a slow, quaint little escape inspired by another time.

A time when evenings unfolded without hurry, when conversations wandered long after the last sip, when music floated through the room, and no one was quite ready to go home.
