True reality is beyond the 5 senses⚡

The whole universe is within us.
72,000 miles of bloodstream.
Trillions of volts of electricity in our body.
Our heart is the Star. 🌟
Let it shine through unconditional love, forgiveness and compassion.
But it also shines through boundaries, discipline and focus.
It's the beauty of life and art to distinguish when to use the difference.

What will we discpline in our lives today?

How will we surrender today?

Why?

🌊 Flow State 🌊

Mother Earth needs us more than ever. Reconnection to her is the first big step to cultivating a deeper awareness and relationship with ourselves as we are Nature. As above, as below. Micro to macro. Atom to planet. We are all One.

Meditation is the art of being unoccupied. It boosts our happiness chemicals and lowers our stress chemicals. Knowledge is knowing, wisdom is doing.

Close our eyes, breathe and feel all our stress dissolve as we flow into a sacred, parasympathetic state. The chemistry will change within us from stress to bliss to align us with our Higher-Self. Therefore leading to faster manifestations powers, time traveling and jumping parallel universes.
