Sonic

Seasons change, but we never stop installing. In September, we connected thousands of members with Sonic Fiber Internet.

Our teams, from drop crew to our field service technicians, roll up with enthusiasm to neighborhood after neighborhood, excited to bring reliable, no-gimmicks internet to people who are jaded by our industry and past providers.

We’re ready to serve and exceed expectations for our new members, and the community that has been with us since the early days. We’re here to prove that an ISP can have integrity, drive to innovate, and fun on the job.

We’ve been out and about in LA, from your favorite barbershop to your local grocery store. 👀🛒💈

Thank you to everyone who came up to chat with us (and grab a pair of Sonic shades or a sticker)! Our team is having a blast meeting you and spreading the word about an alternative internet solution to the big providers.

With 30+ years of industry innovation and a refusal to settle when it comes to customer service and excellence, we’re proud to be expanding and installing 10 Gig Fiber-optic in SoCal and beyond.

More exciting news! 🎉 We’re expanding our 10 Gig Fiber to portions of Corte Madera and Larkspur, CA! Pre-orders are live: sonic.com/social/facebook.

We’ve been working on this behind the scenes for a while. We’re ready to bring top-notch human support and insanely fast service speeds at a fair price to more of our Bay Area community.

This is how we want to spend our time: helping community members across NorCal, SoCal, and Dallas DITCH their previous internet providers because there were one too many:

-Outages
-AI assistants
-Price increases
-1hr+ hold times
-Billing issues
-Bait and switches

When enough is enough, we’ve got your back!

Hey, Bay Area! As part of our ongoing expansion efforts, we're officially bringing Sonic 10 Gig Internet to Martinez, CA.

Pre-orders are open today. Check availability at sonic.com/social/facebook. We can’t wait to get you connected 😊

Stay tuned for more announcements...

There's a lot going on in our industry: mergers, acquisitions—all offering more of the same. Not us; we set our sights high and keep climbing, improving, and refusing to settle when it comes to providing a better experience for our members.

PSA: Our K-12 schools and libraries are at risk of losing critical funding.

The E-Rate program makes internet access affordable for low-income schools and libraries across the country.

Right now, the FCC is asking whether to end this program, which supports more than 100,000 schools and roughly 11,000 libraries in staying connected to the internet.

Now is NOT the time to stand by; we need to act.
