The remedies are good, they're just not for everyone.

Ashwagandha has been having a moment. I see it everywhere with everyone saying it can do all kinds of wonderful things for your body. And that's true if you have the right constitution for it.

Because ashwagandha is also in the nightshade family. And so often my client's bodies show me how many people are sensitive to night shades. Which means that taking this herb for some might do as much harm as it is supposed to do good.

No one herb is good for every person. And anyone saying differently is selling something.

Sometimes I look at properties and sometimes they look back 👀 😅

Removing Energetic Cords • June 12 at 10 AM Pacific time

Most people have heard of cord cutting.
But what if the reason you keep having to cut the same cord over and over is because the attachment was never fully removed?

Think of it like a w**d in the garden. You can cut it off at the surface, but if the root remains, it often grows back.

In this live workshop, I'll share my approach to energetic cord removal: working with the source of the attachment rather than simply severing the connection. The goal isn't just temporary relief, but creating more space, clarity, and freedom in your energy field.

If you've been feeling drained, overly connected to someone else's emotions, stuck in old relationship dynamics, or carrying energy that doesn't feel like yours, this class may offer a different perspective.
