Our clinic is one of the few clinics in Northern California that offers treatment of vestibular disorders. Our therapist have been trained through the rigorous βHerdmanβ or APTA Clinical Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Clinical Competency in Cervicogenic Dizziness, and Concussion Management. Vestibular Disorders are difficult to diagnose. Using different techniques and technology, our therapists utilize one of the most effective tools in the physical therapy world, RealEyes xDVR Binocular Video Goggles, in order to help treat patients. RealEyes xDVR Binocular Video Goggles have infrared video cameras that help the therapist identify repetitive and uncontrolled visual movements. Our Therapists are able to observe and obtain video recordings of the patients eyes on the computer monitor so they can review and replay recordings. This allows our therapists to visualize involuntary eye movement and be able to treat patients more quickly and efficiently throughout their treatment sessions.
