The City of Santa Rosa uses a portion of its federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, local funds, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds to provide annual financial assistance to nonprofit organizations providing eligible services in our community.

If you are passionate about homelessness issues, please consider applying to join the Technical Advisory Committee of the newly formed Homeless System of Care.

The Homeless System of Care, which oversees homeless services planning and funding throughout Sonoma County, has a goal to achieve functional zero homelessness in Sonoma County through utilization of a Housing First strategy.

The deadline for applications is October 19, 2018 at 5pm.
