From Codependence to Self-Governance: Your Personal Declaration of Independence 🗽
Tomorrow, as our nation marks its historic Sestercentennial - 250 years of independence, we are also welcoming the world to our doorstep for the World Cup. It is a moment of profound global connection and national pride.
And at Padma Life Coaching, we believe the most important revolution happens within.
In today’s episode of Ask Coach Marie, we explore the Sovereignty of Self. While we celebrate our rights as citizens of a country, are we truly "independent" in our own lives?
This week, I’m helping our community navigate two vital pillars of soul growth:
✨ Individuation: How to stop living for the expectations of others and start trusting your inner awareness (The "Derek" strategy).
✨ Emotional Liberation: How to forgive the person you used to be so you can step into the power of who you are now (The "Maya" strategy).
True independence is the shift from codependence to self-governance. It’s the ability to be your own best friend, to trust your decisions, and to stand as sovereign as Lady Liberty herself.
As the fireworks go off this weekend, I invite you to declare independence from the "internal monarchs" of guilt, shame, and people-pleasing.
