Rob Mokry Insurance Agency is an agency that treats you like family. I feel that if you need my help My grandfather was an Insurance Agent for almost 50yrs.

In these uncertain times with all that is going on any peace of mind we can get is a good thing. One way to get some peace of mind is to know that your insurance is set up properly to protect you. Whether it be your Home, Auto, Life, or Commercial Insurance understanding it and being sure it is set up properly is so important. If no one has ever reviewed your insurance with you and answered all your questions please let me know and I will happily oblige.

Hope you are all staying safe and healthy out there with all that is going on. Just so you know Farmers is giving everyone who has a Farmers' auto policy a 25% refund for your April premiums since driving has dropped for most of us, and may possibly have a similar credit for May and June too if needs be. :) Farmers is doing their best to help us as clients by also allowing missed payments to be made up by May 1st without late fee penalty, or cancellation for those who are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. I have attached a message from the CEO of Farmers, so you can hear it from his lips as well as my text.

Yep, and these are people out there driving on the roads with us. Buckle up, keep a keen eye on your surroundings, and be sure your insurance is set up to protect you because I don't trust that this guy has enough insurance for the damage he caused. Imagine if there would have been people there getting gas at those pumps. 😫

If you own a home in the North Bay area please set an appointment with your insurance agent or broker to discuss the increased cost of rebuilding in this area due to the catastrophe that we all had to deal with. Average construction costs in our area used to be around $200 per sq ft prior to the fires and now are coming in around $310-$315 per sq ft for a standard built home. If you home is above average you may have anywhere from $350-$360 per sq ft instead of the $225-$240 per sq ft. I have heard that Sonoma County is estimating that this may be the case for at least 4-5 years to come do to the extremely high demand for reconstruction and lack of construction companies to do all the jobs. I have emailed all of my clients to set reviews to discuss this and be sure that they are informed properly, so they can make a sound decision if they want to increase their coverage to be properly protected. If you have an agent/broker that never calls you back then call me and I will let you know all that I have found over the last couple of months after the catastrophe.
