"This Saturday, June 6th, PFLAG Santa Rosa/Sonoma County will be marching in the Santa Rosa Pride Parade (10am-12pm) and hosting a booth at the Pride festival (12-5pm.)

Pride is many things - a celebration of our community, a message of solidarity, a shared commitment to build the world we want - one that is affirming, inclusive, and safe for all colors and stripes.

WE NEED YOUR HELP to spread the word about this resource, and to show families everywhere that they can find support and THRIVE.

TRANS VISIBILITY DAY - a @justsaysk celebratory reel 🏳️‍⚧️ On March 31st every year, we observe #transdayofvisibility - a day to celebrate those who fall under the trans umbrella and raise awareness about the discrimination the community faces. This year, the trans community has faced unprecedented volumes of hatred and violence. Trans folks deserve to be uplifted and protected now more than ever. I am forever grateful for the way the LGBTQIA+ community gathers safely on my page to share in their q***r joy and aid in my efforts to educate and support those who are still learning. In a world where it’s hard to be visible, I can’t explain deeply enough how lucky I feel to have formed such a powerful yet vulnerable chosen family network in my little corner of the internet.
