Please help us welcome the next member of our 2026 class, Ivy Williams from North Valleys High School in Reno, NV!! Ivy joins us after an amazing high school where she scored over 2000 points and set multiple school records. We are so excited to have Ivy joining the Bear Cub family and can’t wait to get her on campus!!

2025-2026 SRJC Bear Cubs

It’s bittersweet to say goodbye to the 2025-26 season but what as journey it was. We’d like to thank the 18 members of this year’s Bear Cub women’s basketball team for all their dedication, hard work and energy! It was an incredible season full of ups and downs but each moment was memorable. We greatly appreciate all the support we got all season long and can’t wait to get back on the court soon!!

24-6 Overall - Advanced to the 3rd of Playoffs

The Bear Cubs fall in the third round of the 3C2A playoffs to Fresno City on Saturday night, 48-66. An incredible season comes to a close for Santa Rosa who finishes the year with a record of 24-6.

It’s not just any Gameday, it’s the Sweet 16!!! The fifth seeded Bear Cubs are on the road to face the fourth seeded Rams in the third round of the 3C2A playoffs. Santa Rosa and Fresno City will tip-off at 7 pm from the campus of Fresno City with the winner advancing to the state tournament!

Ava had an incredible high school career, including helping to lead her team to a 20 win season her senior year. We couldn’t be more excited to be adding Ava to the Bear Cub family and we can’t wait for her to get on campus!!

That’s a Playoffs victory!! The Bear Cubs defeated the Panthers 60-49 on Saturday night to advance to the third round of the 3C2A playoffs! Our next game will be next Saturday at a TBD time and location.

Help us congratulate Freshman forward Jordan Washington on being named North Player of the Year!!! Washington led the state in blocked shots and was second in field goal percentage. The honors continue to roll in for the Freshman who had an amazing inaugural campaign!!

Please help us congratulate Sophomore forward Kaia Eubanks on being named to the Big 8 All-Conference team!! The honor marks back-to-back seasons for Kaia being named to the All-Conference team. Another amazing season from Kaia!!

Please help us congratulate Freshman forward Jordan Washington on being named this season’s Big 8 MVP!! Jordan was top-2 in the Big 8 in scoring, rebounding and field goal percentage. An outstanding season from the freshman forward!!

Your Bear Cubs are playoff bound!!!! We received the 5 seed and will play the winner of College of the Redwoods and Hartnell College on Saturday February 28th at 5:30 pm at Haehl Pavilion. We need everyone to come out and support the Bear Cubs as we start our journey for another championship!!
