Happy Monday! We’re happy to announce that all of our therapist are back in the office treating patients for the month of May. John is 4 weeks post up today! Slow knee lift walking the slower you go the harder the exercise is. This allows the involved leg to learn from the uninvolved leg. This is part of the proprioception retraining program.

3 weeks post op and his flexion is now at 124. John has been consistent on keeping his scheduled appointments, this has helped keep his progress on schedule. Keep up the good work John!

When the therapist has become the PATIENT. John is 9 days post total knee replacement! We’ve been working on knee extension, which is the most important motion to get back initially. Now we’re moving on to emphasize flexion.
Both our clinics are open today and we are treating patients.
