Today sheep are receiving their annual shearing. If you are in the area and want to see what shearing looks like come on by. It all starts around 8:00amish.

They must be Sisters of Mercy....

A car full of Irish nuns is sitting at a traffic light in downtown Dublin, when a bunch of rowdy drunks pull up alongside of them.
"Hey, show us yer t**s, ya bloody penguins!" shouts one of the drunks.
Quite shocked, Mother Superior turns to Sister Mary Immaculata and says, "I don't think they know who we are; show them your cross."
Sister Mary Immaculata rolls down her window and shouts, "P**s off, ya fookin' little wankers, before I come over there and rip yer balls off!"
Sister Mary Immaculata then rolls up her window, looks back at Mother Superior, quite innocently, and asks, "Did that sound cross enough?"

Four of my Romney fleeces were scoured, carded and spun into beautiful yarn by the Valley Oak Wool Mill in Woodland. Thank you Marcail !!
The white yarn is a combination of #7's fleece and her daughter's fleece.

More beautiful yarn from the Valley Oak Wool Mill, this yarn came from Ruby's fleece, who is a Corriedale. She was raised on a bottle and has a big personality. Her fleece won the Corriedale class at Booneville.

Valley Oak Wool Mill in Woodland transformed four of my Romney fleeces into beautiful Romney yarn!!!
The white yarn is a combination of my #7 ewe and her yearling daughter's wool.
