Saw us in the Press Democrat this weekend? Let’s properly meet. 👋
We’ve been in Sonoma County for over 30 years. Our founder, Sue Bisbee, started Free to Be to keep teens safe from the risks of that era. Today, under CEO Leslie Bisbee Jordan, we’re tackling what teens are actually up against now: anxiety, social media, and just feeling okay in their own lives.
The stats are hard to ignore, but so is the work.
Same heart, new mission. 💙

At Free to Be, we believe every young person deserves the tools, confidence, and support to make healthy choices and build a strong future. 💙
We’re grateful to our incredible community of students, educators, volunteers, donors, and partners who make this work possible every day.
We’re also honored to have our CEO, Leslie Bisbee Jordan, featured in The Press Democrat’s Women Doing Goodsection. Thank you for helping us make a difference!
