I am a birth and postpartum doula in Sonoma, Marin, and Napa County.

It’s been one year since I traveled to Bali for the @eatpraydoula retreat 🩷 looking back at these pictures makes me emotional because it brings me back right to this moment with these beautiful inspiring women. The energy there and in peace kitchen was something more magical than I could have ever imagined. This time in my life was such a big change for me in many ways. Leaving my families restaurant where I worked for 6 years, celebrating my 28th birthday, solo traveling (which I had never done and across the world) and lastly, knowing I was coming home to adventure into becoming a full time doula. I made the decision that even if I only got one or two clients this year I didn’t want to fall back on a different job. I wanted to do what I love and support the families I care for, encourage them in their parenting skills, be there as a listening ear, and give them love and guidance. In my first year as a full time doula I’ve had consistent work since November 2023 and already booked into December 2024, I’d say that’s a win! I couldn’t have done this on my own, thank you so incredibly much to all my clients here that have supported me, trusted me, and brought me into their homes and birth spaces. Most of my clients come from referrals so to hear that I had impacted your birth or postpartum journey and that you want to share that with other families either verbally, tagging me in posts, sending me clients directly, whatever it is I thank you and you have truly made a difference more than you know 🩷 Lastly, thank you to my teachers @iburobin & @debrapascalibonaro and the women I shared this journey with. As I shared in our goodbye circle, no matter where I go my friend, I’ll take your light with me inside my heart.
