T R A N S F O R M A T I O N • T U E S D A Y •

Today we are featuring this amazing mama Sommer! In her first session she...
• Lost 1.5 inches in her waist
• Lost over 2.5 inche in her hips!
• Went from 6 to 15 full sit-ups!
• Increased her push-ups, squats & bicep curls!
• Shaved off almost 2 minutes on her mile!
More importantly - Gained strength for Motherhood!!!
Sommer is proof that hard work and dedication in Body Back work! We are so proud of her and the strength she gained in this session for one of the most physically taxing jobs there is - being a mother!
