With heavy hearts, Los Tres Chiles will be closed today (Monday, September 7, 2026) as we take time to mourn the loss of our dear Carmen. ❤️
She was a beloved part of our Los Tres Chiles family and will be deeply missed. Many of you had the chance to meet her. If you came in on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday mornings, you probably saw Carmen wrapping silverware, always with a smile on her face. Having her there became part of our days, and we will miss seeing her very much.
Her mole recipe will always carry her name, “MOLE DOÑA CARMEN”, and every time we make it, we will remember her and the love she shared with us.
Thank you for your love, prayers, and understanding during this difficult time. 🕊️
